We’ve just published our new learn topic and related resource on Evidence Based Practice (EBP).
EBP has now been a part of our profession for over 20 years. The term and methodology was conceived in 1992 and in more recent years has been challenged. It remains an important part of our practice and should be naturally implemented into our practice. This evidence based practice is facilitated by the development of enabling tools however in many circumstances it remains difficult to implement due to barriers that continue to exist. One thing is for sure, we should all know about EBP, understand the concepts and appreciate these barriers and challenges.
The new learn topic will guide you through the EBP process encouraging you to use a recent experience from your practice as well as directing you to many informative resources along the way.
