This week, we chatted with Mike Stewart about his 15+ years of experience as a clinician managing complex, persistent pain.
Mike is a Spinal Clinical Specialist for East Kent Hospitals University Foundation NHS Trust in the UK and leads Know Pain, which offers evidence-based learning experiences for clinicians and patients on the neuroscience of pain and successfully managing persistent pain.
Mike is currently pursuing an MSc in Physiotherapy and Practice-based education at the University of Brighton and is keen to further our understanding of pain through PhD-level research. He has also been a valued contributor to Physiopedia on Patient education in Pain Management.
