Congratulations to long time Physiopedia partner WebPT, who has been ranked 1,445 on the 35th annual Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine’s prestigious list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. With a three-year growth rate of 265 percent, WebPT has earned four consecutive appearances on the annual list of elite independent businesses.
WebPT’s recognition on the Inc. 5000 comes on the heels of several key milestones the company achieved in the past year. In February, it launched WebPT Outcomes, a patient outcomes tracking and analysis platform that generates visual reports and detailed, comparative summaries that analyse performance at the patient, therapist, clinic and company levels. The much-anticipated product helps therapists prove the value of their services — which is exactly what they’ll need to do to survive the U.S. healthcare system’s impending shift to a value-based payment paradigm.
“Looking back over the last eight years, I am so proud of what our team has accomplished in such a short period of time,” said Dr. Heidi Jannenga, co-founder and president of WebPT. “Our recognition from the Inc. 5000 program, along with our growth, is truly a testament to the amazing people who believe in our vision. Our employees, members, board and partners …. have pushed WebPT to new heights and allowed us to do what we do best day in and day out: be an innovative, disruptive healthcare software company.”
Since its inception in 2008, WebPT has helped lead the rehab therapy industry into the digital age by providing a fast and secure platform to document and store paperless patient records. The company also has built intelligent business reporting, integrated billing and outcomes tracking, and interactive and organised scheduling. This focus on continually providing innovative tools to address rehab therapists’ most pressing needs has also contributed to the company’s growth and recognition as an industry leader.
We are eternally grateful to the organisations that have supported Physiopedia and contributed to the development of a knowledge resource for physiotherapists and physical therapists all over the world. It is their support that has allowed us to maintain a free and open resource for the profession and we are pleased to celebrate their success with them. Thank you WebPT and congratulations!
