Election summary

With the general election taking place in the UK on May 6 the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy have produced a quick summary of party positions outlines Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat positions on issues ranging from NHS funding to employment rights and pensions.  The Lib Dems want to abolish SHAs in England, Labour is proposing to create a ‘national physio support service’ (see below), and the Tories want to ‘put patients in charge of making decisions about their care’.
