The Stroke Association is planning a campaign on the issue of access to physiotherapy after hospital for stroke survivors. They want to find out about experiences of physiotherapy from people who have had a stroke within the last two years. The survey can be accessed online, an easy access version downloaded or ordered online from The Stroke Associataion.
