Oluwabunmi Oladeji,
This study evaluates the efficacy of two different protocols to collect plantar pressures: a midgait method that measures plantar pressures in the midst of a longer walk and a two-step method for which plantar pressures are obtained on the second step. These have been validated for adults with or without disabilities, and are evaluated here on healthy children. They conclude to the reliability of both methods in children. More studies are needed for validation in children with disabilities.
