The aim of this investigation was to describe the differences in the performance of the craniocervical flexion test (CCFT), between individuals with chronic tension-type headaches (CTTH) and healthy controls.  The study attempted to assess the relationship between CCFT, FHP and several other clinical variables related to the intensity of the headache.  Ten subjects were compared with 10 healthy controls.  The results showed possible musculoskeletal impairment in the CTTH group.  The authors were unable to identify whether these findings were the cause or an effect of CTTH.
