AAOMPT 2015 annual conference – for motivated clinicians only!!

This announcement is in reference to something that I look forward to most each year, but simultaneously regret announcing out of the sheer covet of the experiences offered by this event. Of course, I am speaking of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists annual conference, taking place in the home of horses and bourbon, Louisville, KY on Oct 21-25th, 2015.

This annual gathering represents some of the very best our profession has to offer, not only from the Keynote speakers:   Linda Van Dillen, Peter O’Sullivan, Steven George, and Irene Davis, but also the numerous attendees who make up the who’s who of Orthopedic Physical Therapy clinical educators, researchers, and leaders.

If you are looking to not only learn from, but also join a group of professionals who push our profession forward as well as ensure our ability as clinicians to provide the very best in hands on, patient centered care. AAOMPT was founded specifically to ensure that Physical Therapists continue to have the ability to utilize hands on care to maximize the outcome of the patient within musculoskeletal care, and that tradition continues strongly with the content within this year’s conference.

Unlike other conferences that may seem somewhat too big to feel at home, or perhaps don’t offer enough relevant clinical content, AAOMPT annual conference will provide you with a profound amount of valuable clinical insights, ideas, and techniques you can immediately implement with your patients on Monday. Not to mention the fact that the people who will be offering and taking in this great content, happen to be some of the friendliest you will find in our profession, as this is a small but stellar group of professionals you will be hard pressed to encounter elsewhere in such a small, intimate environment where opportunities for clinical growth are too many to name.

Come join us in Louisville this October for a truly clinically practice changing experience that you colleagues will be envious of (I know mine usually are), and that your patients will thank you for. Perhaps you will see why AAOMPT is the best kept secret in Physical Therapy development.
