Chronic low back pain was studied in a randomized prospective cohort study. Physiotherapy alone was compared with additional postural biofeedback. Outcomes showed that biofeedback markedly improved status in visual analog pain scales, short form-36, and range of motion, which suggests that postural feedback is a useful adjunct to conventional physiotherapy of chronic low back pain participants.
