World Physiotherapy (formerly WCPT), the global body for national physiotherapy associations, has launched a new brand and website.
The World Congress of Physiotherapy re-brand and transformation to World Physiotherapy is complete and signals exciting times ahead for the global profession. The vision, mission and support they offer us a physiotherapists around the world remains the same but the clean crisp look means we will better be represented on the world stage. The contact details to access professional support has changed with the website now being world.physio , Twitter handle is @WorldPhysio1951 and general contact being [email protected].
What this means for subgroup renaming and for special interest groups is yet to become clear but it is thought that subsequent re-brands will follow shortly. Previous parts of the WCPT website such as DOVES also remain the same.

Congress 2021
World Physiotherapy Congress has also been rebranded and also has a new website but don’t worry all of your submissions of abstracts, posters and presentations will still take place. All of the other details remain the same. The call for abstracts remains open and you have until the 30th of July to get your work in!
