Inconsistencies with Physical Functioning and the Child Health Questionnaire in Children with Cerebral Palsy

This study investigates the acuracy of the above assessment tool (CHQ) compared with the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) in children with Cerebral Palsy and concludes that confusion in differentiating health status and functional status may make the CHQ less useful when used on children with significant disabilities.
