Become equipped with comprehensive knowledge about the assessment and management of different running athletes by taking part in these courses.
Running is a very popular sport globally. Running is also a recognised and accessible choice for health, sports and leisure activity. However, not all running is the same. Different types of running have different characteristics and specific aspects that should be considered during any prehabilitation and rehabilitation related assessment and management.
In our brand new running programme, Dawn Nunes will cover aspects such as understanding your runner, subjective assessment, comprehensive running analysis, biomechanical analysis and testing, equipment, training, recovery, running injuries and rehabilitation as it relates to different types of running and running shoe recommendations.
