Calling all allied health professionals! Do you want to be part of a community that is passionate about sharing rehabilitation knowledge to improve global health?

Physiopedia is the world’s largest rehabilitation website, with over 7 million visitors each month. Our mission is to improve global health through universal access to rehabilitation knowledge. As a charity this is a huge task, one which we are able to achieve thanks to our dedicated team of Physiopedia Volunteers.

Whether you’re a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, or any other rehabilitation professional, we welcome you to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference in the world.

Our volunteers come from different backgrounds and live in countries all around the world with one common goal – they are passionate about rehabilitation and the difference it can make in somebody’s life. No previous editing skills required

By taking part in our Physiopedia volunteer orientation course, which starts in April, you will have the opportunity to meet the team who will guide you through the process of how to create and edit online content – previous experience not required.

As a volunteer you will contribute to the development and upkeep of the Physiopedia content. This involves creating and reviewing articles as well as assisting in the development of unique project collaborations with international organisations.

But it is not just about giving your time, Physiopedia can help expand your knowledge and lead you in new directions.

How do I become a volunteer?

All our volunteers complete the 3-week online volunteer orientation course, and the next course starts on Monday 3 April! During the course you will learn digital skills to edit online content and gain valuable skills and knowledge that will help you to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will also be able to connect with a community who are passionate about improving global health! Following successful completion of this course, you will be invited to join our volunteer content team.
