Join Team PP to Make a Difference

As a Physiopedia volunteer you will contribute to the development and upkeep of the Physiopedia content. You will create and review articles, assist in content development projects and help others on the team to achieve their goals. Your work will have an impact at a global level.  Last year there were projects linked to major world events such as COVID-19, the blast in Lebanon and conflict in many regions of the world.

When COVID-19 was recognised as a pandemic the whole team came together and over the course of a few days had created multiple evidence-based articles to help guide and educate rehabilitation professionals around the world about COVID-19 and how they could contribute during this worldwide crisis.

More recently the team, in collaboration with the USAID funded Learning, Acting and Building Rehabilitation in Health Systems (ReLAB-HS) consortium created articles that were included in the  free massive open online course Understanding Rehabilitation as a Health Strategy.

How Do I Become a Volunteer?

All our volunteers complete the Volunteer Orientation Course, the next course starts on Monday 1 November!  Following successful completion of this course all volunteers complete six months on the content development team. This consolidates all that you have learned on the course and gives you an opportunity to demonstrate where your unique skills and interests lie.

After your six month review you are provided with a specific role that suits these skills that you have demonstrated plus your individual qualifications, experience and interests. If you would like to join this course please click on the button below and join us for an amazing journey!
