Join us for the first Physiopedia Hackathon

A Hackathon is “an event in which a large number of people meet to engage in collaborative computer programming”.  In our case it’s going to be a brainstorming and editing event, and we will be developing the Global Health section of the Physiopedia website.

The Hackathon has been planned to coincide with the ER-WCPT conference in Liverpool (UK) and will take place the day before on Thursday 10th November 2016.  The Physiopedia team will be there in full force and anyone is welcome to join in and become a Physiopedia Hacker!

Physiopedia Hackers will gather at a funky café on the Albert Dock with unlimited tea, coffee and cake, and will:

  • Work in small groups
  • Brainstorm ideas
  • Research topics
  • Collate the evidence and create informative evidence-based pages in Physiopedia on Global Health-related topics.

So, if you have your own lap top, are keen to make a lasting contribution to our profession and are committed to having fun, join us!  There are limited spaces so get your application in quick.
