Learn about Ageing and Parkinsons Disease with our new learn topic

This months learn topic explores Ageing, more specifically focusing on Parkinson’s Disease.  It’s a much smaller topic this month split into two separate sections were should dedicate an equal amount of time.  The Ageing section consists of 5 book chapters and an extensive section in Physiopedia that was contributed by AGILE, the UK’s Clinical Interest Group of Physiotherapists working with Older People.  The Parkinson’s Disease section contains a number of great resources including the new European guidelines, a number of recent journal articles and a section of Physiopedia that was created by the Association of Physiotherapists working in Parkinson’s Disease Europe (APPDE).

There is the opportunity this month to have a go at the Parkinsons Disease quiz to earn a certificate to prove your knowledge on this subject.

So, grab a coffee and get ready to learn….
